Young Tom is on the run. He’s being chased by child smugglers when he runs into Thomas (Aaron Johnson). It’s a bit of a surprise for both of them as they are exact doubles of each other. In fact, they might be twins. Even though they went through nine years without meeting each other, both of them had a feeling the other existed. When they finally do cross paths, Thomas, a middle-class Londoner, decides to help doppelganger Tom expose the child-smuggling ring connected to the orphanage in which he lives.
