Summer is about to be over, saying goodbye to those summer repeats on television. Now is the time many major networks, will be sending out their Fall schedule and previews of new shows. As we sit back and watch our favorite shows. We have to wait and see if the new shows can even make it pass four episodes, before being cancelled for low ratings.

Before the first season of Boss even premiered people were already talking about the show. Kelsey Grammar, plays Mayor Tom Kane of Chicago. With his powerful performance playing Mayor Kane, he won a Golden Globe for Best Actor last year. For the second season Mayor Kane, is still trying to cope with Dementia. Watching the show many people, will have the inside look at all the corruption going in Chicago. This season Boss, will be adding some new faces to the cast. T.I. joins the cast along side Darius Morris played by Rotimi. Rotmi plays the local drug dealer, who is in love with Mayor Kane’s daughter played by Hannah Ware. Emma Kane has an interesting role: during the day she’s a nurse helping the sick; at night she gets high and has sex with her drug dealer in his car, in front of the church. You can catch the new season of Boss, On Starz tonight at 9 p.m.

HBO’s Treme, is coming back for season three on Sept. 23. Treme an interesting show to watch about the lives of people from Hurricane Katrina. The first season of the show takes place a couple months after Katrina hits the town. Many local’s move back to New Orleans trying fix up their water damage homes and try to find work. For the third season many of the same characters return. The third season takes place in 2007 and 2008 with the local’s trying to figure out their next move. You can catch brand new episodes of Treme Sunday’s starting Sept. 23, at 9 p.m.

This Fall Katie Couric, will have her own talk show on ABC called “Katie”. Couric is no stranger to television, she has been a news anchor for Good Morning America, ABC World News, and Nightline. Interesting Couric having her own talk show now, maybe she will be the new Oprah for day time television.

Fan’s of Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations will have to say goodbye to the hit TV show. The Travel Channel will be airing the ninth and final season on Sept. 3, at 9 p.m. Bourdain, takes interesting trips around the world; who knew cocaine was made from a plant in Bolivia. If you can’t wait for the new season to start, you can watch season eight marathon starting at noon the same day.

Halloween is two months away. If feel you need to watch something spooky and scary the new season Ghost Hunters starts on Sept 5, on Syfy.
